罗马书13：11-14
==============
11再者，你们晓得现今就是该趁早睡醒的时候，因为我们得救，现今比初信的时候更近了。
【niv】And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
12黑夜已深，白昼将近，我们就当脱去暗昧的行为，带上光明的兵器。
【niv】The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.
13行事为人要端正，好象行在白昼；不可荒宴醉酒，不可好色邪荡，不可争竞嫉妒；
【niv】Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.
14总要披戴主耶稣基督，不要为肉体安排，去放纵私欲。
【niv】Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
以弗所书4：17-24

17所以我说，且在主里确实地说，你们行事，不要再象外邦人存虚妄的心行事；
【niv】So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.
18他们心地昏昧，与 神所赐的生命隔绝了，都因自己无知，心里刚硬，
【niv】They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.
19良心既然丧尽，就放纵私欲，贪行种种的污秽。
【niv】Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more.
20你们学了基督，却不是这样。
【niv】You, however, did not come to know Christ that way.
21如果你们听过他的道，领了他的教，学了他的真理，
【niv】Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus.
22就要脱去你们从前行为上的旧人，这旧人是因私欲的迷惑渐渐变坏的；
【niv】You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;
23又要将你们的心志改换一新，
【niv】to be made new in the attitude of your minds;
24并且穿上新人；这新人是照着 神的形象造的，有真理的仁义和圣洁。
【niv】and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
歌罗西书3：9-10

9不要彼此说谎，因你们已经脱去旧人和旧人的行为，
【niv】Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices
10穿上了新人；这新人在知识上渐渐更新，正如造他主的形象。
【niv】and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
