经文大纲 Outline of the Passage

1. 保罗的身份:耶稣基督的仆人,蒙召作使徒 (1)。

Paul’s identity: servant of Jesus Christ; his office: appointed as apostle (1).

2. 保罗的信息:上帝的福音 (2-4)。 Paul’s message: the gospel of God (2-4).

n 与旧约的逻连贯性,一致性:众先知在《圣经》上所应许的 (2)。

Unity and continuity with Old Testament: testified by prophets (scriptures).

n 内容:基督:大卫的后裔;上帝的儿子(在救赎历史中两个阶段) (3-4)。

Content: Christ; descendant of David, son of God (two stages in history of redemption.

3. 保罗传福音的目标:在万国中(外邦人中)的:信,服 (5)。

Goal of Paul’s ministry of preaching: faith and obedience (5) among the nations.


信息大纲 Outline of the Message

1. 保罗是基督的使徒,作基督亲自差遣的代表,启示的传人。这对我们有什么意义?

意义在此:你我都必须服在权柄之下。只有服在权柄下的,找到真正的自由、释放、喜乐。世界的“自由”观(想作什么就作什么)是虚伪;其实这定义就是罪的本质。你是基督徒吗?你愿意基督作你的主吗?我们必须问:基督如何作我的主?藉着祂的道(祂的话)和祂的灵。那么,基督如何藉着祂的道和祂的灵管理我们,作我们的主?乃是透过使徒所说的和所作的。使徒们所讲的最后写下来,就是《新约圣经》。我们若愿意作跟随基督的门徒,愿意服在《圣经》的权柄之下吗?

Paul is Christ’s apostle, the personal representative of Christ, commissioned by him. What does that mean to us? The meaning is this: You and I must come under authority. Only when we come under authority, will we ever find true freedom, liberation, joy. The world’s (secular) concept of freedom, i.e., the freedom to do whatever we want to do, is actually a fantasy: it is the very definition of sin! Are you a Christian? Are you willing to have Christ be lord of your life? Then we must further ask: How is Christ lord over my life? He exercises his lordship over us through his Word and Spirit. And exactly how does Christ rule over us through his Word and Spirit? Through what the apostles did and said. What the apostles said, finally they wrote down as the New Testament. If we want to be Christ’s disciples, are we willing to submit ourselves under the authority of the New Testament?

2. 福音是众先知在《圣经》上所应许的。这对我们有什么意义?保罗的意思是,在旧约时期,上帝已经启示救恩。上帝在旧约时期不单启示救恩,而且成就救恩!我们若愿意了解我们所信的福音,认识我们所信的基督的话,必须熟悉《旧约圣经》,也服在《旧约圣经》的权柄下,因为《旧约圣经》的主题,就是基督!(路24:25-26,44-47)

The gospel is promised by the prophets in the Scriptures. What does this mean for us? Paul’s meaning is: God has revealed salvation in the Old Testament. God not only revealed salvation, he accomplished salvation in the Old Testament! If we want to understand our salvation, and really come to understand the Christ whom we trust, we must know the Old Testament well. We must come under the authority of the Old Testament as well, because the theme of the Old Testament, is Jesus Christ himself! (Luke 24:25-26, 44-47)

3. 保罗传福音的目标就是在万国(外邦人)中间,带领人“信”、“服”真道。这对我们有什么意义?意思就是:我们作基督徒的意义,不只是“信”,还要“服”。“服”就是跟从、遵行、顺服上帝所吩咐的,顺服《圣经》一切的吩咐。基督徒往往“信”了基督,可是要等到退修会,培灵奋兴会,门徒训练等才知道,原来我们也要“顺服”主的。不是的!作基督徒的意义,就是把生命的主权交出来。

Paul’s goal in his ministry, is to bring men and women to “faith” and “obedience” among the “nations” (Gentiles). What does this mean for you and me? It means this: when we became Christians, we must “believe” as well as “obey.” “Obey” means submitting to, and observing/obeying all that God commands; submitting to all that the Bible commands.

Very often we “believed” in Christ, but it takes so many retreats, revival meetings, discipleship programs, etc., before we understand that we must also “obey.” No. To be a Christian means to turn over the lordship of our lives to Christ.


经文解释 Notes

1:1-7问候Greetings=long: (1) Paul didn’t knew Roman church; (2) his gospel=polemical.

这段问候比其他书信的问候较长。原因:(一)保罗不是罗马教会的创始人,也没

有到过他们中间;(二)保罗 要在罗马教会中间传讲的福音,是有争议性的 。


1:1“耶稣基督的仆人”。Servant of Jesus Christ: Paul=not equal with readers. Complete

commission by, and complete commitment to Christ. Servant of Lord in OT: Abraham etc.

在这里“仆人”并没有意味着,保罗把自己放在与读者同等的地位。

乃是说:保罗的职份是完全由上帝指定的 (complete commission);保罗对基督

与使徒的职份的委身也是完全的 (complete commitment)。

旧约时期的“耶和华的仆人” (servant of the Lord):

亚伯拉罕Abraham – 创Gen. 26:24, 诗Psalm 105:6, 42.

摩西 – 民Num. 12:7, 8;申Deut.34: 5; 书Josh.1:1, 2, 7; 诗Psalm105: 26

大卫 David – 撒下II Samuel 7:5, 8; 赛Isaiah 37: 35

以赛亚 Isaiah – 赛Isaiah 20: 3

先知们Prophets – 摩Amos 3: 7; 亚Zechariah 1:6

“仆人”:基督耶稣的地位:乃是旧约耶和华的地位:“主” (the Lord)。

Servant of the Lord: Jesus Christ’s position = Jehovah’s position in the Old Testament.

1:1“奉召为使徒”。Called as apostle.

“使徒”广义的用法(罗16:7):指“使者”,“代表”。Broad meaning of “apostle”: someone who is sent. 林后II Cor. 8: 23, 腓Phil. 2: 25

新约特殊的用法:“使徒”是特殊的职份,是基督复活的目击见证人。Special meaning in NT: special office, appointed by Christ, to be witnesses of his resurrection.

徒Acts 1: 22, 林前I Cor. 15:8

使徒们都是由基督亲自差派的。All apostles were commissioned by Christ himself.

太Matt. 10:1-7, 徒Acts 1:24-26, 加Gal. 1:1

使徒是新约启示的传人;为新约时期的教会奠基,并治理早期的教会。Apostles=agents of revelation in NT; built foundation of NT church, and ruled the early church.

帖前I Thess. 4:8, 帖后II Thess. 3: 6, 14

使徒以权柄教导或写信给教会。Apostles taught/wrote to church with authority.

林前I Cor. 14:37, 帖前I Thess. 2:13, 4:15, 彼后II Peter 3: 15-16

保罗在其他书信都诉诸他使徒的职份。Paul appealed to his apostolic office/authority.

林前I Cor. 1:1,林后II Cor. 1:1,加Gal. 1:1, 弗Eph. 1:1,西Col. 1;1, 提前I Tim. 1;1,提后II Tim. 1:1

保罗也为他使徒的职份辩护。Paul also defended his apostolic office/authority.

林前I Cor. 9:1,2, 林后II Cor. 12:11-13, 加Gal. 1:1,15-17

保罗很清楚意识到使徒的奉命与权柄:都因为使徒是基督所差遣的。Paul = very clear about the commission and authority of his apostolic office. 太Matt.16:17-19, 19:28,30, 路Luke 22;29, 约John 16:12-14, 20:21-23,徒Acts 1:2-8, 15-26, 弗Eph. 2:20

使徒的职份 (office) 是从基督而来;因此,使徒所宣讲的 (preaching) 和所教导的教义 (teaching) 有基督和圣灵的权柄。Because apostle’s office=from Christ, his preaching and teaching = invested with authority from Christ and the Holy Spirit.

“奉召”。保罗成为使徒,都因他蒙了上帝的呼召。Paul=apostle, because he’s “called.”

林前I Cor. 1: 1

呼召:上帝大能有效的指派 (appointment);保罗身上有使徒的功能与权柄。Calling=God’s efficacious appointment; Paul=invested with function and authority of apostle.

林前I Cor. 5: 4,5, 7: 8, 12, 17, 40, 14:37, 38, 帖后II Thess. 3:10, 12, 14


1:1“特派传上帝的福音”。Set apart for the gospel of god.

“特派”:分别出来 (separated)。“上帝的福音”。福音之源,也是福音的主题:福

音是上帝“的”福音。保罗所传的,是三位一体上帝的福音:Separated. Gospel’s source and theme = God. Gospel of the Father, Son and Spirit.

罗Rom. 1: 3-4, 5:1-5, 8:3, 4, 9-11, 16, 17, 14:17, 18, 15:16, 30


1:2“这福音是上帝从前藉众先知,在《圣经》上所应许的。”Promised in scriptures.

旧约先知们以应许的形式宣讲福音。OT prophets preached gospel through promises.

不过,旧约不只是应许,预言;旧约时期,上帝也有效地施行救赎。

But OT is not only promise/prediction: in OT, God actually saved his people.

使徒们所传的福音,乃是从先知们承传的。Gospel of apostles=from prophets.

罗Rom. 16: 25-27


1:3-4 三方面的对比。基督工作的两个阶段,而不是指祂的神人二性。

3 contrasts: not Christ’s humanity vs. divinity, but 2 stages of Christ’s work.

“按肉体说”:“肉体”不只是人性的物质层面,乃是整个人性。

According to the flesh = not material aspect, but whole of his human nature.

约John 1:14, 罗Rom. 9:5, 弗Eph. 2:14, 提前I Tim. 3:16, 来Heb. 5:7, 来Heb. 10:20, 彼前I Pet. 3:18, 4:1, 约壹I John 4:1, 约贰7节II John 7


1:5-6 基督是保罗的救主,救恩来自祂。Christ = Paul’s savior, salvation = from him.

Christ also commissioned Paul; his commission to preach gospel to nations=from him.

基督也是差遣保罗之主;他向外邦人传道的使命来自祂。

罗Rom. 11: 13-14, 徒Acts 9:15, 弗Eph. 3: 8


1:5“叫人为他的名信服真道。”Goal: the obedience of faith.

(一) 信心产生顺服。Faith works obedience. Obedience=result of faith.

(二) 信心的意思,就是降服在上帝的呼召之下。Meaning of faith=obedience under the calling of God.
